The only difference between Competition Bar and Training Bar is the bar's precision tolerance. Competition Bar has a less than 0.1% weight tolerance and 0.08% for sleeve diameter.

There's no absolute and quantitative standard for bar's abrasiveness. However, our Competition Bars have been used and loved by Olympians and the most elite weightlifters on the planet.
