Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee

We offer Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order within 15 days of delivery, simply email us at support@zkcsports.com quoting your order number. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number:

 Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. The cost of shipping the goods back to us will be your responsibility.

 Once we receive your returned products, we will check for the conditions of returned products. If they are in correct condition, we will issue the refunds.

Refunds will be paid to the payment method you originally used to pay for your order (Credit/Debit card, PayPal account) within 30 days of receiving the items back in our warehouse.

Please note that you have a duty of care for your products within this 30-day period. If you cause damage, or by your actions damage is caused to the product prior to returning it to us, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the you.

Items must be in exactly the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging. To avoid any issues regarding the product conditions, we recommend you take picture of the products at receipt (with and without package). Returns will not be accepted for flat-packed items after they have been assembled.

Our MBG  program only applies to goods purchased for home use. Commercial orders are not covered.

 

Warranty

ZKC Sports products are all manufactured to the highest quality. However on occasion a product may have a fault owing to manufacturing defect or damage which occurred during transit to you.

If such a fault is discovered within the warranty duration of the product (shown on the product page) from the date of purchase, you are entitled to have the item repaired at our expense. If a repair is not possible, the item will be replaced. Faulty items will not be eligible for refund unless the fault is reported within 15 days of delivery.

If you believe your goods may have been damaged in transit, you must sign for them as damaged upon delivery. Any such damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

If you receive a flat-packed item with one or more faulty or damaged parts, this is not eligible for return or refund. We will replace the faulty parts on receipt of photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

In the unlikely event that you do need to return a faulty item to us, the cost of shipping will be borne by us - however in most cases faulty items will not need to be returned: a photograph of the damage will serve as proof of the fault. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Please email us at support@zkcsports.com quoting your order number. Items must be well packed prior to collection.

ZKC Sports Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns described in this Returns Policy. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercising of this discretion include, but are not limited to: (1) Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods; (2) Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly; (3) Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the customer at the time of purchase.
