Product Suitability
All products on the ZKC Sports website are designed for home and professional team use and carry a home and professional team use warranty only. Equipment purchased from us and used in a non-domestic or professional environment will render the warranty null and void.
Payment
You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, PayPal or using your Amazon account. Your order will not be accepted until payment has been made in full. For further details see our Payment Methods page.
If the delivery address is different from the cardholder’s address, you may be required to provide additional information. If this is necessary, we will contact you, so please ensure you provide a working phone number.
Pricing
All items are sold at the price quoted on the website. All prices are in US Dollar. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website or in other literature.
While we endeavor to ensure that all prices are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money taken from you.
Price Guarantee
If you are able to find a competitor’s product, of comparable quality and with the same approval/conditions to a ZKC Sports product, at a price lower than ours elsewhere on the Internet, we will match the lower price. Please contact us with proof of the competitor’s pricing. This offer only applies to products available on the date of purchase, and the products sold online by merchants, .

Cancellation
Under US Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days if your order has not been sent out from the warehouse. We must be notified by email of your intention to cancel. If you contact us before the goods have been shipped out, we will cancel the order immediately and refund the full value of your order. If the goods have already been shipped out and they are not yet received, you must contact us by email and reject the delivery. The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by you. If you cancel the order after the goods have been delivered, you should restore the packaging of goods into its original conditions, and you must notify us by email, to obtain your RMA number. It your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund you the value of goods. The cost of returning the goods to us will be borne by you, except specific cases where you may get full refund of goods value + shipping cost.
If you choose to pick your order up, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the date of your order is confirmed. Passing that timeframe, we will apply a cancellation fees to compensate the warehouse's handling work.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if: (1) your order items are no longer available; (2) you fail to pay us; (3) you fail to honor any other obligations to us under these terms and conditions. You will be notified in writing of any cancellation, and no payment will be taken.
If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability. Examples of those circumstances include, but are not limited to, act of God, accident, explosion, war, terrorism, fire, flood, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies.
Returns Policy
Under the terms of our 15 days Money Back Guarantee (MBG), you can return your order to us for a full refund within 15 days of delivery. To get full refund, you must observe the following procedures:
Step 1: Notify us by email and explain the reason why you want to return the goods.
Step 2: Once we check you are eligible for MBG, we will issue you the RMA.
Step 3: When you get the RMA, you can contact a shipper to return the goods. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Step 4: Your goods are received by our warehouse. You will get notified about the checking the condition of returned goods. Once the goods are approved of conforming to MBG, we will issue the refund and notify you by email.
The cost of returning items to us will be borne by you. Returns will not be accepted on flat-packed items after they have been assembled.

Warranty
ZKC Sports products are all manufactured to the highest quality. However, on occasion a product may have a fault owing to manufacturing defect or damage which occurred during transit to you.
If such a fault is discovered within the warranty duration from the date of purchase, you are entitled to have the item repaired at our expense. If a repair is not possible, the item will be replaced. Faulty items will not be eligible for refund unless the fault is reported within 14 days of delivery.

Security
All financial transactions on our website are completely secure. Payments are processed by industry leading card payment provider PayPal Payments Pro, and all card data is encrypted and secured using an SSL Digital Certificate provided by Stripe. You can be assured of the security of our site by looking for padlock icon in your browser. You can click on the padlock for full details of the security certificate. Your credit/debit card details are not seen by us at any point, nor are they stored on our servers.
